Our recruiters produce quality talent for our clients, supporting all LevelUp programs for our Open Concept Recruitment solution. Our Recruiters utilize their recruitment experience across a range of industries including Financial Services, FinTech, Digital, Healthcare and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Process: Our Recruiters own the full candidate recruitment experience, from sourcing to offer negotiation. Our Recruiters thoroughly understand our clients and their open positions, enabling them to source and assess candidates. They apply targeted sourcing and networking strategies to develop a talent rich pool of passive candidates.
  • Client Relationship Management: Our Recruiters work with onsite Talent Advisors and Delivery Managers to understand business requirements in order to effectively source qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: By keeping candidates informed and managing their expectations throughout the interview process, our Recruiters create a superior candidate experience.
  • Data and Performance Management: Responsible for maintaining accurate data in relevant recruitment process systems, our Recruiters are able to clearly monitor their results, delivering towards performance targets.
  • Special Projects: LevelUp Team Members are encouraged to highlight, support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile:

  • Relevant recruitment experience with an understanding of some/all of the following industries: Financial Services, FinTech, Digital, Healthcare and Manufacturing.
  • Able to clearly demonstrate their successes across the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Adept at establishing credibility with clients and candidates.
  • Able to confidently complete tasks in a fast paced environment, drawing upon your organization, time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and some knowledge or exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment tools, reporting systems or applicant tracking systems.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and results orientated to ensure successful delivery within our LevelUp programs.
